Director's Message

Once again, I re-visit the company vision, as a reminder and to fulfil my personal responsibility as the leader of the organization, to ensure that we have not deviated much. The last few years have significantly brought both challenge and change for Immigration@SG LLP (IASG). We grew operationally and adopted a corporate structure that allows us to be a more competitive business and market player – with a nice new office to boot.

However, the journey is tough. And it will continue to be so. The industry we are in, being a small country with all its competitiveness and immigration challenges, imbues on us the onus to continue serving clients with honest business practices.

In the last year, competition has been rife. With the tightening of inbound immigration policies, wannabe Permanent Residents and Citizens are trying more to secure their statuses here. But at what costs?

With rogue Immigration Consultancies mushrooming in the last Quarter of 2017 – confidence in placing Singapore PR and Citizenship applications in the right hands have undoubtedly raised a few eyebrows, with agencies promising high success rates and approvals. While competition is focusing on who possesses the loudest bark, IASG wishes to focus on the thing that really matters - TO BE A TRUSTED PARTNER DELIVERING SOLUTIONS TO OUR CLIENT’S SINGAPORE IMMIGRATION NEEDS.

This, together with the ongoing economic and social changes have required the focused attention of all our employees to improve performance and position us for success no matter what kind of markets we encounter. We’ve made excellent progress, but we have more to do.

To understand how IASG conducts itself, it is important that I share with you my personal journey into why I started this company in this first place.  I was blessed to have graduated from Singapore Management University, as a scholar – with my first placement under the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs. I played a strategic role involving national immigration policy matters including the implementation of immigration, security and operational policies across national-level projects such as the Automated Immigration Clearance Counters and International Cruise Terminal at Marina Bay.  Rising through the ranks swiftly, I played several other key roles, all within the close boundaries of policy-making and selective immigration strategies with the ICA and MHA, before I was headhunted by Fragomen LLP – a leading global immigration services provider.

While at Fragomen, on top of handling corporate immigration matters for Fortune 500 companies and the likes, it started to be apparent, the shortfall of knowledge and approach the private sector has in handling inbound Singapore Immigration applications. Mediocre documents preparation was common-place but most importantly, these private practitioners truly had lacking credentials in genuinely helping clients achieve a higher chance of getting the necessary approvals.

Coming with the right credentials – I decided to make a stand and to change the dynamics of providing a genuine offering to potential applicants. Inspired by the belief that all applicants should be given a fair chance, Immigration@SG LLP (IASG) was founded. Handpicking my staff with the various ministry background was exciting, laborious and requires patience, but it paid off in the end.

Fast forward to today, IASG’s track record in Singapore PR applications remains stellar. We have helped blue and white-collared individuals and families from countries such as India, China, Philippines, U.S.A, South America, Australia, Malaysia, Japan and Korea amongst many others. You may like to check out our various

We handle all application matters from paperwork, liaison with the various ministries, the application proper, as well as post-application matters, where required. More importantly, clients can tap on our expertise on all advisory matters to ensure a smooth application process and higher chances of approval.
