Masood Mustafa



Upon graduating from Singapore Management University (SMU) under a scholarship, Masood entered the Civil Service as a Senior Officer with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) handling Singapore immigration. Graduating top of his class and being appointed Valedictorian, Masood then commenced service for the Ministry and was involved in several key projects such as the International Cruise Terminal at Marina Bay, rejuvenation of the CIQ facility at the Singapore Cruise Centre and technology enhancements like the automated lanes at the checkpoints. He also spearheaded various policy groups to implement new immigration, security and operational protocols to support national immigration requirements. Apart from that, Masood was speaker for various Immigration conferences regionally and was awarded “Gold” by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) as part of the Organizing Committee for the Bali Process Workshop involving Senior Immigration Officials from South East Asia and Oceania region.
Upon leaving the public sector, Masood then joined the world's largest corporate immigration law firm, where he managed several key MNC accounts providing high-level advisory on Singapore immigration. Throughout his time there, he has successfully assisted both small and large businesses to set up in Singapore and managed their foreign workforce in full compliance to local regulations. Given his prior role, he was also tasked with overseeing the firm's PR and Citizenship clients. Additionally, Masood was involved in several dialogue sessions with industry leaders, Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), etc to aid in shaping Singapore's immigration policies.
With the vast knowledge and experience accumulated over the years, Masood now heads Immigration@SG LLP as Director and Managing Partner, where he oversees the whole management of the company to ensure its excellence.
Muhammad Ryhan

Practice Manager


Ryhan brings about with him more than 10 years of relevant experience across the Financial, Marketing, Media and Hospitality sectors having been in the employ of major banks and regional advertising agencies. With his firm understanding in handling individuals from various industries and backgrounds, he possesses the ability to understand strategic business needs, operational efficiencies, and meeting critical timelines.
He was a key member of the team that first implemented the Online Securities Trading application on mobile platforms in Singapore, and also the driving force in spearheading the Young Investor initiative (promoting financial prudence amongst youths in Singapore). As such, he has addressed and guided students from NUS, NTU and SMU via conferences and programmes. 
After leaving the Financial sector, Ryhan spent several years handling immigration work, where he supported various government agencies, statutory boards, foreign embassies on key projects, forging close working relationships along the way. These experiences formed the foundation that enabled Ryhan to thrive in his role at Immigration@SG LLP and moved swiftly up the ranks. In this role, he oversees the entire Legal team, and personally attends to the cases involving high-net worth individuals and VIP clients providing personalised advisory and guidance on inbound Singapore immigration matters.
As Practice Manager, under his guidance, the team is adept in all immigration policies and handling all manner of inbound immigration work.
Elena Kwa

Lead Consultant


Elena has been predominantly in the Finance and Services sectors for the early part of her career, managing the accounts of high net worth expatriates in Singapore and the region. 
Due to her extensive professional interactions with expatriates, Elena developed a strong understanding in inbound Singapore immigration and decided to pursue a long-term career in the industry.
She then joined an Immigration Consultancy providing expertise advisory for both Individuals and Corporates looking to migrate into Singapore. Besides specialization in the Singapore Permanent Residence (PR) applications, she is also well versed in other immigration matters involving the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Due to her exceptional ability to provide clients with superior customer service on top of a wide range of successful solutions delivery, Elena was then headhunted by IASG to serve as a Senior Consultant.
Within a year, she was promoted to Lead Consultant and where she now supervises and manages a team of highly efficient Immigration Consultants to assist clients with all immigration requirements.
